A few things people ask first

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, including the written summary afterward. We'd rather spend an hour finding out we're not a fit than sell an engagement that shouldn't happen.
Will what I share stay confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed is confidential, and we're happy to sign an NDA before the first call if that's your preference — just say so in your message.
What should I bring?
Nothing is required. If you have recent financial statements, a org chart, or a plan you've already drafted, they make the hour more productive — but the conversation works fine without them.
Can you meet on site?
Usually, yes. For a first conversation, video often works just as well and is faster to schedule — but if meeting in person is easier for you, say so and we'll arrange it.
